Gnache

It's divine.  Use on cupcakes or a cake.
Ingredients
5 oz. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 C. heavy cream
Directions
1.  Simmer the cream in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
2.  Pour the prepared whipping cream over the chocolate and let it sit for about a minute. Whisk until perfect.
3.  Wait a few minutes before using.
