Ingredients
3 medium to large Idaho potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
4 tbls butter
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
Salt to taste
Directions
- Boil potatoes for about 15 minutes. Test doneness with a fork. The fork should easily slide through.
- Drain potatoes.
- In a big bowl add potatoes, butter, and heavy cream. Beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Because all potatoes are not of equal size you may need to add more butter or heavy cream/milk.
- Add salt to taste.
