Miniture Cheesecakes

Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crust
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions
1.  For the crust: Line miniature muffin tins (tassie pans) with miniature paper liners. In a small bowl, combine the crumbs and sugar; add butter and blend well. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of each paper cup.
2.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes before filling, or bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack before filling.
3.  In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill each miniature muffin liner with this mixture, almost to the top.
4.  Bake for 15 minutes. Cool. Top with a whip cream and a raspberry.
