Vanilla Buttercream Frosting


 
This will frost about 12 - 18 cupcakes.

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar (less or more to taste)
2 T heavy cream (less or more for desired consistency)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions
1.  In a bowl combine butter, sugar and salt. Beat till blended.
2.  Add the heavy cream and vanilla and beat for an additional 1minute.
