Guacamole


There can be never enough guacamole!

Ingredients
4 ripe avocados (peeled, seeded)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 ripe, medium Roma tomato (seeded, diced)
1/2 C. sweet white onion (minced)
2 serrano chilies (seeded, minced)
1/4 C. cilantro leaves (chopped)
4 T. fresh lime juice
Hot pepper sauce (to taste)
Sea salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions
1.  Cut avocado in large chunks and mash coarsley in large bowl with a fork.
2.  Add remaining ingredients and blend gently, leaving some small chucnks of avocado.
3.  Taste and adjust seasoning with more hot sauce, salt and pepper.
